About Calaguas Islands
The Calaguas Group of Islands off the Pacific coast of Camarines Norte boast of powdery white sand beaches, blue and crystal-clear waters comparable to the beaches of the world. Unexplored and unspoiled, the islands are inhabited by very hospitable and kind fisherfolks. Visitors usually arrive in groups thru an organized tour and they set up tents on the beach with waiters to serve them (chef is optional). But according to the local goverment of Daet, there are already plans of turning these islands into a major tourist destination. One that will rival Boracay in the Visayas. Calaguas Islands, truly a paradise here on Earth. We should take care of the islands and protect them by not leaving your trash for the benefit of the future generation.
